The account card

Everything about one client on a single scrolling page — identity, live trading metrics, contact details, profile fields, and quick jumps to every section.

Opening an account from the accounts list shows its account card: one continuous page with a pinned header, a section jump bar, and a vertical stack of sections — Overview, Form, Trading, Activity, Views, Notes, Audit, and Custom Fields.

Prerequisites

  • You can see the account in the accounts list — the card shows only accounts within your reach.

The header

The top of the card is a hero header that stays pinned as you scroll, shrinking to a compact ribbon with the account's name, online dot, status pill, and a live margin-level and open-P&L summary.

The full header shows:

  • The account's name, an online dot (green while the client has a live WebTrader session), a colored status pill, a priority dot, the owner (or Unassigned), and a last contact time.
  • A Why visible? chip — click it to see an explanation of why this account is within your reach.
  • Action buttons: Edit (opens the edit dialog), View all events (shown when your role includes the audit permission — see Audit history and events), Evidence pack, and an overflow menu with Back, a link up to the account's firm, and Access grants. A Recalculate daily summary button appears as well when your role includes that permission.

KPI tiles

A row of tiles gives the account's live trading snapshot: Equity, Balance, Free margin, Margin level, Margin status, Open P&L, Margin, and Locked margin, each with its currency. Margin level is color-coded against your thresholds, and margin status reads OK, Margin call, or Stop-out. When the account has several trading accounts in the same currency, values are consolidated — margin level shows the worst account and margin status the most severe. Mixed currencies get one labeled tile row per trading account.

Alerts ribbon

When something needs attention, an Attention required ribbon appears with clickable alert chips — red for severe, amber for milder conditions. Clicking a chip jumps straight to the relevant section of the card.

  • Jump bar — a sticky row of section pills under the header (Overview, Form, Trading, Activity, Views, Notes, Audit, Custom Fields). The active pill highlights as you scroll; clicking a pill scrolls to that section. Some pills carry counts, such as open positions on Trading. Pills you cannot use are hidden — for example, Audit is absent without the audit permission.
  • Previous / next account — when you arrived from a list or saved view, a navigator in the header offers Back to list (restoring your exact filters and page), previous/next arrows that walk the list in its order, a searchable dropdown to jump to any account in the view, and an N of M position indicator.

The Overview section

The Overview is a read-only summary in two columns.

Left column — identity and profile:

  • Identity snapshot — status, priority, origin, AI score, next action, and last contact.
  • Contact information — email and mobile, with an Edit button (see Account activity for the contact dialog). Where your firm's data-protection rules mask the email, a masked value is shown instead of the address.
  • Core fields, grouped into four cards:
    • Profile — first name, last name, phone, date of birth, age (derived from the date of birth), language.
    • Address — street, city, country, postal code.
    • Marketing — affiliate details, promotion code, and the UTM attribution fields.
    • Compliance — first-deposit date and indicator, whether required documents were supplied, registration IP, tags, and additional info.

Empty values show as a dash. Fields protected by field-level security appear masked.

Right column — recent activity:

  • Five mini-grids — recent positions, transactions, emails, pending orders, and closed positions — each showing the latest few rows with a See all link that jumps to the fuller section. Trading data is covered in the trading operations chapter, and transactions in the monetary chapter.
  • The activity timeline, a merged feed of recent transactions, emails, and calls (see Account activity).

Edit the account

  1. Click Edit in the header.
  2. Update the fields, grouped as on the card: profile, address, marketing, and compliance. Name is the only mandatory field — Save stays disabled while it is empty.
  3. Click Save.

Clearing a text field and saving clears its stored value. Fields you do not touch — status, owner, priority, brand, and everything else — are left unchanged. Masked fields cannot be edited freely inline.

Export an evidence pack

Evidence pack in the header downloads one ZIP file gathering what a compliance review or a customer dispute needs about this account: a snapshot of the account's data, its audit trail, the field-level security rules that were in force, and a receipt describing the export itself. The export is recorded as a note on the account, so it appears in the account's own history.

The button is disabled while you are viewing as another user in read-only mode.

Recalculate the daily summary

When your role includes the permission, a Recalculate daily summary button appears in the header. It rebuilds the account's day-by-day figures from its underlying records — use it after a correction to an earlier transaction or position that should be reflected in the account's daily history. A confirmation reports how many days and trading accounts were rebuilt. This button is also disabled while you are viewing as another user in read-only mode.
