Edit per-brand settings¶
Turn features on or off and set options for a single brand — the login experience, sign-up, support, payments, and the WebTrader feature set — from one page.
The Brand settings page is the main place to shape what a brand's WebTrader and Client Zone offer. It shows only the settings your provider has granted your firm, so the list reflects what you are allowed to change.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in to the Backoffice with a role that grants permission to manage brand settings.
- You have selected the workspace of the firm whose brand you want to configure.
Pick a brand¶
Open Brand settings in the sidebar. Use the brand selector at the top of the page to choose which brand you are editing. The settings below refresh for the brand you pick.
How settings are grouped¶
Settings are organized into categories, shown top to bottom:
- Branding — theme, colors, logos, favicon, tab title, and hero copy.
- Localization — the brand's languages.
- Authentication — sign-in options.
- Client-Zone Login — the login experience for self-service customers, including the login disclaimer text and its learn-more, privacy, and terms links, how long a one-time login link stays valid, and the one-time passcode delivery channel and code rules. When to challenge for a one-time passcode, and the related spend limits, are set on the Login & Registration tab instead.
- Registration — the sign-up flow and the fields it collects.
- Client-Zone Support — the support options customers see, such as support channels and live chat.
- Payments — deposit and withdrawal options and the funds experience.
- Compliance — identity-verification (KYC) options.
- Trading — trading-related defaults such as the demo balance and margin levels.
- WebTrader — the WebTrader feature toggles and links.
- Feature flags — additional on/off feature switches.
Use the search box to filter across every category by name, option, or description.
Note
Some categories only apply when your brand's offering includes the Client Zone. For a standalone trading brand, the Client-Zone-only settings and the Compliance category are hidden, because those experiences are not part of that offering.
Edit a setting¶
Each setting shows one of three kinds of control:
- Multiple-choice — a set of check boxes for the options your firm was granted. Select the options this brand should offer.
- Value — a text or number box, for example the disclaimer text, a link, or a validity in seconds. Leave a value box empty to fall back to the granted default.
- Secret — a sensitive credential (for example a payment provider key). The page shows only whether it is configured or not set, never the value itself.
Some settings show a locked badge. Your provider has pinned these to a fixed value; you can see the setting but not change it, and the controls are disabled.
To undo a change you made and return a setting to its granted default, click Clear on that setting and confirm.
When you are done, click Save in the action bar at the bottom of the page. A status message confirms the save.
Note
Email and SMS message templates for a brand are managed separately, in the Communications area — not on this page.
