Your profile and preferences¶
Review your profile details, set your timezone, choose your interface language, and sign out.
Open your profile¶
Your profile and personal options live in the user menu.
- At the bottom of the sidebar, click your name to open the user menu.
- Click My Profile.
Set your timezone¶
Your profile shows your name and email and lets you choose the timezone dates and times are shown in.
- On your profile, open the Timezone picker and choose your timezone.
- Click Save Changes.
Your profile also holds the Two-factor authentication card, where you turn that extra sign-in step on or off. See Two-factor authentication.
Note
Your name and email come from your firm's user records. If they are wrong, ask an administrator at your firm to update them.
Change your interface language¶
You choose the language the Backoffice is shown in from the user menu.
- At the bottom of the sidebar, click your name to open the user menu.
- Use the language selector to pick your language.
The interface switches to your chosen language right away, and your choice applies only to you.
Sign out¶
- At the bottom of the sidebar, click your name to open the user menu.
- Click Sign out.
