Signing in to the Backoffice¶
Sign in to the Backoffice to reach the accounts, transactions, and settings your role gives you access to.
Prerequisites
- You have a Backoffice user account created for you by your firm.
- You know your username and password, or your firm has enabled sign-in with Microsoft or Google.
To sign in with your username and password:
- Open the Backoffice sign-in page.
- In the Username field, enter your username.
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- Click Sign in.
Your credentials are checked on the server. If they are correct, you are taken to the first screen your role can reach. If they are not, a message tells you to check your username and password, and you can try again.
Sign in with Microsoft or Google¶
If your firm has enabled single sign-on, you can sign in with your work identity instead of a Backoffice password.
- Below the sign-in form, under or continue with, click Microsoft or Google.
- Complete the sign-in with your provider in the page that opens.
- When the provider confirms your identity, you are returned to the Backoffice and taken to your first available screen.
Note
The screen you land on depends on what your role allows. Two people signing in to the same firm can land on different starting pages.
